To analyze, categorize and compress your media, the app requests access to your Photo Library. To find duplicate or incomplete entries, it can request access to your Contacts (only when you open the Contacts tool). All of this processing happens locally on your device. We cannot see your photos, videos or contacts, and none of them leave your device.
You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings → Compress.

This data is not linked to your name, email address or phone number; we do not ask for any of these. Crash reports never include your photos, videos, contacts, file names or file paths.
The free-trial allowance (for example, how many free compressions you have used) is stored in your device’s Keychain so that it is kept if you reinstall the app. It is not sent to us.
Payments are handled entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. We never receive your payment card or billing details.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:
Data may be processed on servers outside your country (for example in the United States). These providers use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the app and your subscription) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the app stable and secure (crash reports).
The anonymous user record is kept while you use the app. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days by Firebase Crashlytics. Purchase records are kept as required for accounting and legal obligations.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the Turkish KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its processing. To make a request, email us at the address below. Because we do not know your identity, please include the anonymous user ID, if possible, or describe your device and purchase date so we can find your record.
Deleting the app removes all data stored on your device except the Keychain entry for the free trial allowance. Cancelling a subscription is done in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.

Medyanızı analiz etmek, kategorilere ayırmak ve sıkıştırmak için uygulama Fotoğraf Arşivi erişimi ister. Kopya veya eksik kayıtları bulmak için Kişiler erişimi isteyebilir (yalnızca Kişiler aracını açtığınızda). Bu işlemlerin tamamı cihazınızda yapılır. Fotoğraflarınızı, videolarınızı veya kişilerinizi göremeyiz; hiçbiri cihazınızdan çıkmaz.
Bu izinleri istediğiniz zaman iOS Ayarlar → Compress bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz.

Bu veriler adınız, e-posta adresiniz veya telefon numaranızla ilişkilendirilmez; bunları sizden istemiyoruz. Çökme raporları hiçbir zaman fotoğraf, video, kişi, dosya adı veya dosya yolu içermez.
Ücretsiz deneme hakkı bilgisi (ör. kaç ücretsiz sıkıştırma kullandığınız), uygulamayı yeniden yüklediğinizde de korunması için cihazınızın Anahtar Zinciri’nde (Keychain) saklanır ve bize gönderilmez.
Ödemeler tamamen Apple tarafından Apple Kimliğiniz üzerinden alınır. Kart veya fatura bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz.
Aşağıdaki sağlayıcılar verileri bizim adımıza, kendi gizlilik politikaları kapsamında işler:
Veriler bulunduğunuz ülke dışındaki sunucularda (ör. ABD) işlenebilir. Bu sağlayıcılar standart sözleşme maddeleri gibi uygun güvenceler kullanır.
Verileri sizinle olan sözleşmenin ifası (uygulamayı ve aboneliği sunmak) ile uygulamanın kararlı ve güvenli çalışmasına yönelik meşru menfaatimiz (çökme raporları) kapsamında işleriz. Türkiye’deki kullanıcılar için 6698 sayılı KVKK, AB/İngiltere’deki kullanıcılar için GDPR uygulanır.
Anonim kullanıcı kaydı uygulamayı kullandığınız sürece saklanır. Çökme raporları Firebase Crashlytics tarafından en fazla 90 gün tutulur. Satın alma kayıtları muhasebe ve yasal yükümlülükler gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır.
KVKK madde 11 ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepte bulunmak için aşağıdaki adrese e-posta gönderin. Kimliğinizi bilmediğimiz için, kaydınızı bulabilmemiz adına cihazınızı ve satın alma tarihinizi belirtmeniz yeterlidir.
Uygulamayı silmek, ücretsiz deneme hakkına ait Anahtar Zinciri kaydı dışında cihazınızdaki tüm verileri kaldırır. Aboneliğinizi iOS Ayarlar → [adınız] → Abonelikler bölümünden iptal edebilirsiniz.
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamayız.
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. En güncel sürümü yukarıdaki “Son güncelleme” tarihi gösterir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulamada veya bu sayfada duyurulur.
